This site provides company, service and compliance-method information for business customers. It is not an online shop and does not constitute an offer, warranty, product approval or professional advice.
Contract formation
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract exists only after authorised representatives confirm the scope, price, timing, responsibility and other terms in writing. Platform sales follow the seller and transaction terms displayed there.
Intellectual property
Text, design, brand elements and original content are protected. Reproduction, adaptation or commercial use requires written permission; lawful quotation rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the site, bypass security, conduct high-volume automated extraction, impersonate another person or use the site unlawfully.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on general information. This does not limit liability for life, health, intent, gross negligence or mandatory product liability.
Priority
Individual contracts or marketplace terms prevail if they conflict with these terms. Mandatory consumer protection always prevails.
